Slimming Nut Side Effects & SAFETY INFORMATION

  • DO NOT EXCEED 1/4 SLIMMING SEED PER DAY.

  • DO NOT USE THE NUTS IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO: NUTS, OMEGA 3 OR 6.

  • Use Slimming seeds only as directed.

  • Do not use if you are under the age of 16.

  • Do not use if you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.

  • If you have a heart condition, kidney or liver problems or another serious medical issue, consult with a doctor before use.

  • If you do not follow the safety information, health issues may arise.

  • If this happens, stop usage and seek medical attention immediately.

  • You will experience sore muscles due to your body getting rid of excess fat.

  • If you leave the nuts for longer than a week - start with 1/8 again.

  • DO NOT USE in combination with other diet products.

  • If you are Insulin Resistant - start you day with a protein breakfast.

  • In the beginning you will loose more centimeters than kilo's.

  • Vitamins are important especially during the detox period.  Use a good multi-vitamin that is also containing Vitamin B.

  • You may experience tiredness, sore muscles, and headaches - this is due to the fact that your body is detoxing and the body is getting rid of all the toxins and excess fat in your body.
