
How to Take The
Slimming Nut
You can take the Slimming Nut orally or soak them in hot water, tea, or cold water. Consuming the nut in hot water tends to work faster in the body, but everyone is different, so choose a method that works for you. The Slimming nut will work as you are sleeping.
First 8 Days: Cut the Slimming Nut into ½. Cut each of the two (2) halves again into their halves – you should now have 4 equal pieces.
Cut each quarter of the nut as directed above again in half – you should have 8 equal pieces from the one seed.
Crush one of the pieces of the nut and add it to boiling water or tea. Let it stand for five minutes and drink.
Week 2 to Goal Weight: Cut the Slimming seeds into four pieces. Crush the nut and let it stand in hot water or tea for five minutes before consuming.
After Weight Loss Goal – Ongoing diet: Only consume one quarter of the Slimming nut three to four times a week. Crush the nut and mix with hot water and tea. Let stand for five minutes before consuming.
When you wake in the morning, you will need to use the restroom often, especially after your first cup of tea or coffee. This is common as side effects of nuts and seeds; however, you should not experience diarrhea. If you experience diarrhea, go back to the 8 pieces. You should see results very quickly.
